I don’t know why, but cooking felt like way more of a chore last week, despite being full of easy, time tested recipes. Rick did well, though, cooking two nights last week, including a vegan pasta dish to replace the Stuffed Shells. This was mostly to make up for being largely absent all week playing Mass Effect, but I really did appreciate the extra night off. As per usual, the Vegan Okonomiyaki went off spectacularly and served as an extra reward on Mass Effect release night. But, we did cave and order sushi on Friday night.
And it was delicious.
