Last week we managed to make everything except the perogies, but seriously, who needs that many carbs in one sitting anyways? The cornbread was indeed very sweet, but I didn’t have fine ground cornmeal and it ended up a little too gritty for Rick’s tastes. However, the chili was a hit, as was the Ma Po Tofu, so much so that I will be posting the recipe a little bit later today.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Monday: Udon with Bok Choy & Smoked Tofu (for real this time!)
Tuesday: Zucchini & Black Bean Enchiladas
Wednesday: Saag Aloo (using this as a base recipe)
Thursday: Garlicky Shrimp Pasta
Friday: Green Onion Steam Roll with Char Siu & Garlic Gai Lan
